Expert diagnosis by our licensed and certified technicians.
Detailed explanation of the issue and recommended solutions.
Written estimate for any necessary repairs or replacement.
This fee applies to all service calls for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including:
Air conditioning systems
Heat pumps
Furnaces & Boilers (gas and oil)
Packaged systems
Mini-split and multi-split systems
All other heating and cooling equipment
Diagnostic Fee Waiver: Our Promise to You
HVACWurx
When you choose HVACWurx for your repair or replacement, we waive the diagnostic fee.
If you proceed with the recommended repair or system replacement with us, the diagnostic fee is credited back to you and applied toward the cost of your service or installation.
This waiver applies to:
- Emergency breakdowns
- Last-minute service calls
- All residential and light commercial systems
- Boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and more
- Standard business hours and after-hours calls

When the Diagnostic Fee Is Non-Refundable
The only time we do not offer a credit for the diagnostic or dispatch fee is for after-hours holiday service calls.
We understand that HVAC emergencies don’t follow a schedule, and we’re here to help when you need us most. However, after-hours holiday calls require premium staffing and resources, and the diagnostic fee for these calls is non-refundable, even if you proceed with repairs or replacement.
